Delivery update
Thank you to everyone who ordered a tree in the past. We sell and deliver over 500 trees and wreaths successfully every year. The funds we raise help us to continue excellent and exciting scouting to our young members.
Due to our facilities being in the middle of a rebuild, which is in itself very exciting, we will have to change our delivery method slightly this year - and they might arrive later than usual.
We would like to tell all our customers that we will continue to work our hardest to deliver the best Christmas trees straight to your door on your selected day. Although we do not give specific time slots we aim to deliver ALL TREES by 3pm. Please bear with us whilst we do everything we can to get your trees to you as requested. If we are unable to deliver on your requested delivery date we will let you know as soon as possible.
Our Christmas tree service is our biggest fundraiser of the year and one that we rely on to ensure we continue to deliver high quality Scouting to all our members, so we really appreciate your support during this difficult time.

Christmas Trees and wreaths
Christmas trees and wreaths are delivered to the address provided on the order. If the customer is not present, the trees and/or wreaths will be left at the location specified in the order. If no location is specified, the trees and/or wreaths will be left out of sight, where possible.

By their nature Christmas trees and wreaths are either living or made from living material and hence each one is unique. Slight variations between trees may occur. All sizes are approximate.
We cannot be held responsible for any needle drop, colour or general product freshness of cut trees after 7 days from delivery of the goods. If the tree and/or wreath is found to be unsatisfactory on delivery, please let the 1st Oxshott Scout Group contact (see below) know as soon as possible and in any case no more than 3 days after delivery, and we will look to replace and/or refund some or all of the purchase price. The liability of 1st Oxshott Scout Group is limited to the purchase price of the Christmas tree and/or wreath.
Recommended care instructions are available on a number of websites, including from the British Christmas Tree Growers Association.
Refunds
Any refund agreed will only be made onto the card used to make the original payment.
Payment and Security
We offer a range of payment options including Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Solo, Maestro, Visa electron, American Express, BACS and PayPal.
All our credit card transactions are handled by Sagepay, one of the market leaders in secure online transactions. The transfer of the purchase details from our website to Sagepay are encapsulated using Sagepay’s own encrypted and digitally-signed protocol. Any communication between the shopper and Sagepay is encrypted to the maximum strength supported by the shopper’s browser using 128 Bit encrypted sessions. Shoppers are also protected from fraudulent use of their card in a “cardholder not present” environment by their card issuers. The card issuer provides the right for a shopper to dispute a transaction if the goods/services did not arrive or if the card was used fraudulently.

We will always try to do everything right first time. Sadly, errors can still happen. If we make an error, we promise that we will do our best to rectify the situation as soon as possible.
