Oxshott Scouts are once again having their amazing annual family orientated fireworks night...
There will be something for the whole family... For the kids (of all ages) there will be flashing glow stuff a plenty, Donuts and hot chocolate... For the Adults there will be Mulled wine and other beverages on sale... This year we will have PAPA JOHNS's Pizza on sale too.. And per tradition, the evening will end with a fantastic scout camp fire circle... |

PARKING AND ARRIVAL
Parking at Polyapes Scout camp is limited. If arriving by car, please car share where possible and respect instructions by our helpers, for your own and your children's safety. Parking spaces are on a first come first serve basis. You can also arrive by foot to Polyapes Scout camp via the back gate, which will be open this year. This can be accessed via the foot path from Lodge Close / Stoke Road or The Clay pit / Somerville road. |
Terms And Conditions
- Please note this is a fundraising event for our Scout Group.
- This event is for members of 1st Oxshott Scouts, 1st Oxshott Guides, 3rd Esher Scouts, 1st Weston Green Scouts, Cobham American Scouts, RKS and their friends and family.
- No refunds are permitted for non-attendance once bought.
- Any ticket-holder unable to present confirmation of purchase in the form of a print out of the email (or web page equivalent) may not be admitted to the event, and will not receive a refund.
- On the night, it is your responsibility to ensure the safety of your children, that they stay within safety zones and within Polyapes boundaries.
- Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- It is recommended that you bring a torch to this event.
- No Glow stuff, alcohol or food must be brought to the event.
