The new home of Oxshott Scouts and Guides
1st Oxshott Scouts and 1st Oxshott Girl Guides are pleased to announce that we are finally ready to move in.
We have worked tirelessly on getting funding to rebuild our old hall. Fundraising started back in 2016 and were finally boosted by Surrey County Councils "Your Fund Surrey" whom awarded us £1.2 million to rebuild our premises. This was in addition to funds we have raised ourselves and a grant from Elmbridge Council CIL fund too. The new building will be known as "Oxshott Community Hub" as we look forward to welcoming a wide range of community groups using our wonderful new facilities.

We offer a very varied programme allowing boys and girls to challenge themselves and try new activities, building self confidence and self esteem. Our boys and girls attend a number of different schools. Scouts and Girl Guiding allow them to foster friendship locally away from school.

Our grand opening
Set in ancient woodland, a brand new community hub in Oxshott opened 1st September 2024. Funded primarily by Your Fund Surrey through Surrey County Council and a grant from Elmbridge Borough Council as well as local Girlguiding and Scouting fundraising.
